"I bought my 2011 Ultra Limited here. Mark was great in sales, ordered the bike in the color I wanted and got it in early. Got a great deal on the accessories as well. I would have never thought of them, but when our local Harley shop closed, I needed a tire. Called the one closest by, and was told no tire in stock, got the price and was told it would be a week and then would have to bring the 08 Ultra and leave it to get the tire put on. Called the Hooch, service manager quoted price , had tire in stock and it installed it on a Friday afternoon at 3:00 o clock. They were waiting on me when i got there. Got me back out in an hour and headed home. All around great dealership and everyone is friendly. "

"I recently bought my second dresser from Mark after my 105th Anniversary Electra Glide was killed by teenagers putting us in the weeds. Both times I tried to " buy local" from the shop here in Dothan eight miles from my house and both times I drove to Columbus! I saved a little bit of money, but the reason they got the sale was because everyone in the dealership loves what they are doing and it shows. They are happy campers unlike here at home at our giant Harley Mall. You guys have the secret of success for selling and servicing motorcycles. Resist the future temptation to become a Harley Mall selling thousands of tee shirts (not that that is a bad thing Debbie and Liz) and keep focused on the heart of HD, and guys like me will continue to drive hundreds of miles to buy them for you. "I just got back on bikes in Jul 09. In Dec, I decided I wanted to get off my Honda 650 and into something bigger. I walk into the Hooch location and was greeted by Mark. He answered all my questions, took his time to show me around the store, let met sit on a few models as we discussed the various differences, and then gave me his card along with the HD model book; this was all done from 6:00-6:30PM just before closing. Two weeks later, I was back with my mind set on an FLHX StreetGlide. Luckily, the GM was selling his and it was on the showroom. I looked it over, was impressed, but needed to decide on it or a new model. It is now Feb 2010; I have been very impressed with how simple it was to adjust to the big brawny HD bike. I loved the service and attention that Mark and Mike put forth in getting me all setup and out the door. There are so many reasons to love Harleys, and Chattahoochee HD just adds it name to the list. Way to go!!!"

"I would like to thank and commend the service department of Big Swamp, especially Sean.
I ride a 2007 Dyna that is basically stock, except for some handling improvements. I carried the bike to Big Swamp to have D&D Fatcat exhaust and SERT installed along with dyno tuning. Sean took time to talk with me before the install to find out how I ride and exactly how I wanted the motor to perform. When he finished it was like a completely different bike and was exactly as I wanted. I hope Sean is with Big Swamp for a long time because I intend to never let anyone else touch my bike.
The dyno tune really opened my eyes as to how well a Harley engine can run when tuned correctly. It has increased the "fun factor" by 1000%.
I will recommend Big Swamp at every opportunity for service work."

"When gas hit $4.00 a gallon I knew it was time to park the F150. I visited a competitor across the street from the Chattahoochee Harley Davidson first as I did not believe I could afford a Harley. After several days there, I decided to stop in and look at the Harleys. I met Mark and found him to be very helpful and informative. He allowed me to sit on several bikes and talked to me about warranties, accessories and finace options. Bottom line - I was there the next day to buy my first Harley. The entire sales staff, parts department, and service department are the most friendliest and professional people I've met at any dealership. Mike, Liz, Debbie, Tara, Amber, Marty, Bill, Nate, Marion, Marie and Christie all helped me with decisions in buying parts, accessories and service. I bought a HD XL 1200 Custom and absolutely loved it. This was my first HD motorcycle and first ride in over 20 year, It didn't take a month to go by and I was ready for a bigger bike. Chattahoochee HD worked with me and I bought a Street Glide from them as well. I absolutely recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle to visit Chattahoochee HD. "My Husband and I were out just looking at bikes. He has a Honda VTX 1300 so I was also looking at Hondas. We had stopped by CHD and I fell in love with the Sportster 883 Low,the sales person Mark, was very helpful and let me try quite a few bikes on for size. Well we didn't buy that day but we went out looking again the next day at a different dealership (across the road). The sales person must have thought we were just brochure collectors because he just handed us a brochure and walked away. The next day my Husband called me at work to tell me he was buying me the Sportster! I can't put into words how I felt at that moment! "I bought my 07 Softail Custom at Chattahoochee Harley Davidson in July, 2006. Its been nothing but fun ever since. My sales associate was "Mike" the day I decided to buy a new motorcycle. He was great, he knew the bike inside and out which was helpful in me making my decision on the bike I should purchase. Matter of fact, Mike was very helpful in getting me a great insurance quote to cover the bike once I made my decision to buy a bike. See I like to drive fast and I have several speeding tickets which I thought would kill me on motorcycle insurance; however, Mike went out of his way to call several insurance agencies that would provide me coverage at a very reasonable rate. My overall purchasing experience was great! The service department has performed superbly during my routine maintenance visits and installing all the aftermarket parts. I'm saving up now for my next visit to have some more cosmetic parts put on the bike. If you need a bike, talk to Mike. All I can say is I love my fxstc..."
